Personal, clinical, and health information is stored on infrastructure located in Australia.
AI processing of clinical information — including note generation, transcription, document processing, and questionnaire or triage summarisation — is performed within Australian-based infrastructure. Airlie uses Australian-region AI processing services for these functions.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect stored and processed information.
Where any limited operational metadata (for example, error diagnostics or aggregate usage analytics that do not include clinical content) may be handled by an international provider, this occurs only under contractual confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, and does not involve processing of clinical or health information overseas.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party providers to help operate our Services. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations, and are engaged consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
