Agreement to Our Legal Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Airlie platform and related services (“Services”) operated by AI Registrar Pty Ltd trading as Airlie (“Airlie”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
Airlie is intended for use by healthcare professionals and authorised users only.
1. About Airlie
Airlie is an AI-assisted clinical workflow and documentation platform designed to support clinicians in organising, structuring, and managing clinical information.
Airlie may provide tools including, but not limited to:
AI-assisted clinical note generation
Documentation drafting
Workflow support
Form and letter generation
Clinical information organisation
Transcription and summarisation
Practice productivity tools
Airlie is designed to assist clinicians and administrative workflows. It does not replace clinical judgment, independent medical decision-making, or professional responsibilities.
2. No Medical Advice
Airlie does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision-making services.
Any outputs generated by the Services are:
generated by artificial intelligence systems,
probabilistic in nature,
may contain inaccuracies or omissions, and
must be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified healthcare professional before use.
You remain solely responsible for:
all clinical decisions,
patient care,
documentation accuracy,
compliance with applicable laws and professional standards, and
any use of information generated through the Services.
Airlie is intended as an administrative and workflow support tool only.
3. Eligibility and Account Access
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
you are at least 18 years old;
you are authorised to use the Services on behalf of yourself or your organisation;
where applicable, you are a registered healthcare professional or authorised staff member;
all information provided by you is accurate and current; and
you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations.
We reserve the right to verify user identity or professional credentials, including AHPRA registration or equivalent professional registration.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user is not authorised or is using the Services improperly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use the Services unlawfully;
upload malicious code or interfere with system security;
attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Services;
use the Services to develop competing products;
misuse AI-generated outputs;
upload information you are not authorised to disclose;
use the Services in a way that breaches privacy, confidentiality, or healthcare obligations; or
access the Services using automated systems without our written consent.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable healthcare, privacy, and record-keeping requirements.
5. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of the information and content you upload to the Services (“User Content”).
By using the Services, you grant Airlie a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and analyse User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload User Content;
your use of the Services complies with applicable privacy and health records laws; and
you have obtained any necessary patient consents required by law.
You remain solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of User Content.
6. Privacy and Health Information
We take privacy and data security seriously.
Our collection, handling, and storage of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that healthcare and patient-related information may constitute sensitive information under Australian privacy laws, and you agree to comply with all obligations applicable to you regarding such information.
7. AI-Generated Outputs
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use;
outputs may vary between uses;
outputs should not be relied upon without human review; and
Airlie does not guarantee clinical accuracy or appropriateness.
You remain solely responsible for verifying all outputs before relying on them in any professional or clinical context.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, branding, interfaces, workflows, text, graphics, AI systems, and related intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to Airlie.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your internal professional or business use.
You must not:
copy,
reproduce,
distribute,
modify,
sell,
sublicense, or
exploit
any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
9. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to the Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:
maintenance,
updates,
technical issues,
third-party service interruptions, or
circumstances beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”;
we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied;
we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages; and
our total liability arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.
Airlie is not responsible for:
clinical decisions,
patient outcomes,
documentation errors,
loss of data,
regulatory breaches, or
reliance on AI-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airlie, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
your use of the Services;
your breach of these Terms;
your breach of applicable laws or professional obligations; or
your misuse of AI-generated outputs.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
you breach these Terms;
we reasonably suspect misuse;
required by law; or
necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
